Pairing technical AI capability with operational and strategic experience — to ask the right questions and deliver outcomes that actually last.

Understanding your business first
I take the time to understand your business — your tools, your workflows, your goals, and what your team actually does day to day. That picture gives you what you need to make an informed decision about where AI can genuinely contribute, and where it can't.
// PROCESS DESIGN
Built to last, not just to launch
I design processes around your people, your technology, and the way work actually flows — not around the tool. The aim is the most value for the least complexity and change, looking at the whole lifecycle of the value being created rather than the one step that's easiest to automate.
// CAPABILITY UPLIFT
Confidence through clarity
To capture the real benefits of AI, your team needs clarity — on the guidelines, the processes, and the governance that tells them how to use it well. I work with your people to build that clarity: what's expected, what's in bounds, and how to work with AI in a way that's confident and consistent.
I give you the honest breakdown of the risks and benefits of different options. What looks good on paper doesn't always translate — and I'd rather tell you that upfront than after you've invested.
There's a wide range of perceptions and emotions around AI. I take the time to understand your team and your context so I can bring people on the journey — not present a solution they had no part in designing.
Your business is unique. I shape the engagement around what you actually need.
I'd rather deliver a small win that compounds than a big idea that never gets used. Every recommendation is grounded in what's achievable for your team.

JASPER IRVINE
I spent nine years at Xero all across the business — starting in customer experience, where I learned what breaks in complex workflows and how it affects the people trying to use them, then leading teams through significant organisational change, designing capability programmes for engineers and product designers, and eventually delivering formal change analysis for risk, compliance, and payments technology transformations.
Toward the end of my time at Xero I became the go-to person for practical AI. I ran a company-wide capability survey, contributed to enterprise AI agent strategy, built tools to help teams design and deploy their own agents, and ran sessions with individual squads to figure out where AI could actually fit — not in theory, but in the work people were doing every week.
That's what I do for service businesses now. I come in, talk to the people doing the work and the leaders setting the direction, and develop an honest picture of where AI fits — based on your strategy, your team's reality, and your actual constraints. Then, if you need help building it, I can do that too.
I didn't come from a typical consulting background. I started in customer support and worked my way up — which means I understand what it feels like to be the person doing the work, not just the one designing the process.
