Get more out of the AI tools you already have.

Your team already has the tools. This is where they learn to actually get value from them — the fundamentals, the right habits, and the confidence to make AI part of how they work.

Book a 15-minute call

A short call to understand your team and recommend the format that fits. No obligation.

// THE_SITUATION

Your team has the tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, maybe more. But they are using a fraction of what those tools can do: one-off prompts, the odd summary, company data pasted into personal accounts. The tools are in the building. The capability to get real value from them is not there yet.

// WHAT_YOUR_TEAM_GETS

A team that knows how to get real value from AI.

01

A shared mental model

Everyone working from the same understanding of what these tools are and how they actually work, so your team can talk about AI without talking past each other.

02

The confidence to start

People who were hesitant find a first win they can build on. Confidence is what turns a tool sitting unused into a daily habit.

03

The right tool for the job

Your team stops forcing every task through the one tool they know, and learns to match the tool to the work in front of them.

04

Fewer risky habits

Less sensitive data in the wrong places, fewer answers taken on faith. Your team gets more capable and more careful at the same time.

After having little confidence with Claude and no idea where to start, a couple of sessions with Jasper had me using it independently. It took me a while to think and write the necessary skills then drag and drop the correct documents, but at the end of the day, Claude delivered!! Try and hold me back now!

// WHAT_WE_COVER

The fundamentals that make the difference.

We tailor the depth to your team, but the foundations are the same. This is what gets people from poking at a chat box to genuinely working with these tools.

01

How the tools differ

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Autohive and the rest each have their own strengths. We show your team what each is genuinely good at, so they reach for the right one instead of defaulting to whichever they opened first.

02

The layers of an AI system

The model, prompting, instructions, skills, projects, and context management — the parts that sit under every tool. Once your team can see the layers, the whole thing stops feeling like magic and starts feeling like something they can direct.

03

Integrations and MCPs

Connecting AI to the systems and data you already run on, so it works on your real files, your real inbox, and your real numbers — not a generic demo.

04

Principles for getting better

The habits that separate people who plateau from people who keep improving: how to check the work, when to trust it, and how to build on what already works.

05

The common pitfalls

Where teams go wrong — company data in personal accounts, one-off prompts with no context, taking the first answer as gospel — and how to avoid each one.

// HOW_IT_WORKS

Two ways to build capability.

Start with a workshop to lift the whole team at once, carry on with coaching for the people who want to go further, or do both. We will help you pick.

// FAQ

What teams usually ask.

Who is the AI training for?

Teams that already have AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Autohive — but are using a fraction of what they can do. It suits people right across the confidence range, including those who are hesitant or think they're 'not technical'. We meet each person where they are and explain things simply, so nobody gets left behind.

What does the training cover?

The fundamentals that let a team get real value from AI: what makes the different tools good at different jobs, the layers underneath every tool (the model, prompting, instructions, skills, projects, and context management), how to connect AI to your own systems and data, the principles that help people keep improving, and the common pitfalls to avoid. We tailor the depth to your team and run it on your actual work.

Is it a one-off workshop or ongoing?

Either, or both. A fixed-price half-day workshop lifts the whole team at once. Ongoing capability and coaching — 1:1 or small groups — carries the momentum for the people who want to go further. Plenty of teams start with the workshop and keep a bit of coaching going afterwards. We'll help you work out the right shape on the first call.

What’s the difference between the Gameplan and Training?

They answer two different questions. The Gameplan is for when you're not yet sure where AI fits — we map your business, rank what's worth doing, and build your first tool live. Training is for when you already have the tools and roughly know what you want, but your team needs to actually get good at using them. If you're not sure which you need, the first fifteen-minute call is free and we'll point you to the right one.

// NEXT_STEP

Fifteen minutes to shape the right session.

A short call to understand your team, your tools, and what you want them to be able to do. We will recommend the format that fits — workshop, ongoing coaching, or a mix.

  • Built around your tools and your work, not a generic curriculum.
  • Practical from the first session — your team works on real tasks.
  • Your team keeps the habits, not just a slide deck.
